Nicaragua is known as the land of lakes and volcanoes, this provides rich soil for coffee trees to flourish. The bean is large compared to other coffees, and this peaberry is of an even larger variety.This coffee is unique among Central American coffees because it is the highest grown coffee in the region(SHG Grade: Strictly High Grown).
Nicaragua Peaberry coffee is a rich, aromatic, and flavorful coffee from the Jinotega region. Peaberry coffee beans are unique and have a much richer flavor. They are only found in 5% of the crop and are removed manually. The flavor of the peaberry is of a finer quality than the rest of the crop and is desired by coffee connoisseurs.
