Coffee from this microlot comes from smallholder farms in the village of Las Navajas, San Antonio La Paz, El Progreso. During the harvest, only the best beans are selected and then transported to the wet mill in Antigua where it is naturally fermented, fully washed and sun dried. Las Navajas village is one of the most important coffee-producing villages of San Antonio, and producers here depend primarily on coffee production.
